The Art of Wellness

Children ages 6-15.

Explore your creativity while practicing physical, academic, social, and emotional wellness. Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits in all areas of life in order to experience an overall greater wellbeing! Throughout the week, you will work on art projects that are acts of wellness and work to enhance all areas of wellbeing. The creation of art can help us explore social and emotional wellness and connect us to the world around us.

Explore wellness through the creation of art such as music, painting & drawing, and yoga. Exploring these different art forms can help us make new friends, maintain focus at school, participate better in sports, and sleep better at night. Explore all that art can offer you at the Bower Center this summer!
